What is your procedure if someone is late or does not keep the appointment?
For individual services-We provide a 15-minute grace period on all confirmed appointments. After that, we will leave and you will still be responsible for the full amount of the confirmed services.
For corporate events- we cannot guarantee full-service if someone is late for their start time. If it fits into the party or event schedule, we will try to accommodate the late guest. For those who do not keep their appointments, the full fee is expected. However, if a guest does not show up at a party or event and you have paid for their services in advance, the other guests may take advantage of the treatments that had been previously reserved.
What is your cancellation policy?
For individual services-we require at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling an appointment. There is a $25 charge for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. All sales are final.
For Corporate Services - All group events, including children's events, require a 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer of your minimum reservation or $300, whichever is greater. All balances are due, in full, 14 business days prior to your event date via a credit card payment.
How far in advance do I need to book services, packages or parties?
Weekends book up quickly so we suggest making a reservation well in advance to ensure the time of your choice. Reservations can be booked up to three months in advance. We do accept last-minute bookings on line, so please check with us.
How do I book an appointment for a service or spa party?
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, can be made by phone at 949-204-3588. Appointments can also be booked by using our online on mobile Apps.
Individual Services: Entire payment is due in full at time of purchase/booking. All sales are final.

Gratuities are always accepted and appreciated by our therapists. As a tip, the industry standard is generally 20% for a job well done.
Are there any conditions where your professionals will refuse service?
Our spa technicians will refuse a treatment to anyone who has broken skin or lesions and that has not mentioned medical conditions at the time of booking. If you are pregnant, please state your condition prior to treatment.
Should I shave before the facial?
For a gentleman’s facial, we recommend to shave two hours before your treatment.

Cell Phones- For your own relaxation and tranquility, please consider turning off your cell phone during your treatment.
Contraindications-There are some medical conditions that are not compatible with spa treatments - serious cardiac conditions and blood clots; skin disease, wounds, or tumors; cancer and tuberculosis; fever, and fractures
or dislocations. Please consult with your physician regarding any medical concerns prior to your spa services. Bella SPA is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods to any property or clients.
Medical Condition -Please note that all of our services are for the enjoyment of relaxation and celebration. If you have a medical condition or chronic issue that needs attention, it is best to seek medical assistance for treatment in those areas, rather than our services. In compliance with state and local regulations, certain procedures and elements of those procedures, can not be performed by a mobile spa.
Massage is not recommended for those who have:
Certain forms of cancer/Phlebitis/Certain types of Cardiac problems/Some skin conditions/Infectious diseases
Our Spa Professionals Transport Everything -needed to transform your space into a serene and tranquil atmosphere, from facial tables to aromatic candles, and tranquil spa music that will soothe your soul.
Spa Party Services Take Up Very Little Room. A massage table fits nicely in a bedroom or office (for privacy)
Our spa professionals arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to set up
Please Make Sure That There Is Appropriate Space for the spa technician to set up their tables and create the right ambiance.
The Right To Refuse Or Terminate -Bella Luxury Mobile Spa has the right to refuse or terminate facial services for any of the following reasons: broken skin, visible rash, lesions , serious cardiac conditions and blood clots; skin disease, wounds, or tumors; cancer and tuberculosis; fever, and fractures or any medical conditions not disclosed at the the time of booking the reservation. In this case, a 50% refund for that service will be given.
*A travel fee may be applied if your event is 25 plus miles outside of zip code 92620

- Avoid direct sunlight, sunbeds and heat (such as saunas) for 48 hours after having a facial
- Do not apply any other exfoliating facial skincare products for 72 hours after having a facial
- Treatments should be booked in monthly
- All facial products you use should include SPF
